Terms of Use

These terms govern access to the Zaavle website and, when purchased, the Zaavle subscription service. Lemon Squeezy separately governs checkout and billing as merchant of record.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing this website or purchasing or using Zaavle, you agree to these Terms of Use and the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the website or service. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement on your own behalf or for the organization you represent.

If you use Zaavle for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization. “You” includes that organization, and “Zaavle,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the provider of the Zaavle service identified in your order materials.

2. Zaavle service

Zaavle helps authorized creators organize an existing video archive into a searchable experience and generate personalized, source-backed episodes, summaries, companion materials, shareable links, analytics, and promotion features according to the purchased plan.

Features, processing capacity, onboarding, support level, access controls, and promotion tools vary by plan. The description presented at checkout forms part of your order. Demonstrations on this website illustrate the intended experience and may use sample content; they are not a promise that every archive, query, or generated episode will produce identical results.

3. Purchases and billing through Lemon Squeezy

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record.

You purchase the subscription from Lemon Squeezy as an authorized reseller, while Zaavle supplies and operates the service.

Lemon Squeezy handles checkout, payment processing, recurring charges, invoices, applicable sales tax and VAT, PCI-related payment security, refunds, chargebacks, and billing-account management. Customer and payment information submitted at checkout is collected and held by Lemon Squeezy under its own policies. Zaavle does not receive or store your full payment-card details.

By completing a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy’s current Buyer Terms and Conditions and acknowledge its Privacy Policy. A charge may appear on your statement with a LEMSQZY* descriptor followed by the store identifier.

Recurring subscriptions

Monthly plans renew automatically at the applicable recurring price until canceled. You may manage billing information, payment methods, invoices, plan changes, and cancellation through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal made available with your purchase. A canceled subscription ordinarily remains active through the end of the paid billing period and then expires, subject to the checkout terms and applicable law.

Refunds and payment disputes

Refund eligibility is governed by the refund terms displayed for the offer at checkout, Lemon Squeezy’s Buyer Terms, and applicable law. Lemon Squeezy processes approved refunds and handles chargebacks as merchant of record. Contact the billing support shown on your receipt before initiating a payment dispute so the issue can be reviewed promptly.

4. Plans, processing minutes, and price protection

Your plan includes the processing capacity and features shown at the time of purchase. “Processing minutes” measure source-video time made available for Zaavle processing; they are service capacity, not money, stored value, or a transferable credit.

  • Unused included processing minutes roll over from month to month while the applicable subscription remains continuously active.
  • Rollover minutes have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and are not refundable as a separate item.
  • Access to unused minutes and hosted subscription features ends when the subscription expires or is terminated, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
  • Optional booster packs, overages, third-party pass-through costs, taxes, and voluntary plan changes may have separate terms and charges shown before purchase.

Any advertised base-price protection applies only under the eligibility terms stated in the offer and while you remain continuously subscribed to the same qualifying tier. Taxes, add-ons, overages, pass-through costs, and voluntary plan changes are excluded unless the offer expressly says otherwise.

5. Creator content and authorization

You retain ownership of your original videos and creator materials. Original videos remain hosted on YouTube unless you separately choose otherwise. Zaavle does not acquire ownership of those originals by indexing or presenting authorized source clips.

You grant Zaavle a limited, non-exclusive license to access, index, transcribe, analyze, display, excerpt, link to, and otherwise process the creator materials you authorize, solely to provide, secure, support, and improve your Zaavle experience. This license lasts for the subscription term and any reasonable wind-down or backup period required to end service.

You represent that you control the channel or have all rights and permissions needed for the creator materials, names, likenesses, trademarks, promotional videos, destinations, and offers you provide. Private channel verification may be required before onboarding.

6. Acceptable use

You may use Zaavle only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:

  • index or use a channel, video library, identity, or material without sufficient authorization;
  • infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights;
  • upload or promote illegal, deceptive, defamatory, harmful, or fraudulent material;
  • misrepresent generated material as an exact creator statement when it is AI-assisted context or a summary;
  • probe, bypass, disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service or its security;
  • use automated means to abuse usage limits, share access unlawfully, or resell the service without written permission; or
  • use Zaavle to violate YouTube’s terms or another third party’s rules.

We may suspend or restrict access reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect the service or others, comply with law, or address nonpayment.

7. AI-assisted features and source accuracy

Zaavle uses automated systems to find, organize, summarize, and connect material. AI-assisted context and summaries can be incomplete or inaccurate. Original creator clips and timestamped source links remain the authoritative reference. You are responsible for reviewing generated episodes, summaries, promotions, and downloadable materials before relying on or distributing them.

Zaavle does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Results, audience growth, engagement, and revenue are not guaranteed.

8. Availability, support, and changes

We aim to provide reliable managed hosting and support according to your plan, but uninterrupted or error-free service is not guaranteed. Availability may depend on YouTube, Lemon Squeezy, hosting providers, AI providers, internet services, and other systems outside our control.

We may improve or modify the service to maintain security, legal compliance, quality, or functionality. If a change materially reduces a paid core feature during a current billing period, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide notice or an appropriate remedy where required by law.

9. Third-party services

Zaavle may link to or work with YouTube, Lemon Squeezy, hosting providers, and other services. Their terms and privacy policies govern your direct use of their services. Zaavle is not responsible for third-party services, outages, policy changes, content, or data practices outside its reasonable control.

10. Zaavle intellectual property

Zaavle and its licensors own the website, service, software, designs, branding, documentation, and technology, excluding creator materials and third-party content. Subject to these terms and payment of applicable fees, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your active subscription.

Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation, provided it does not identify you publicly without permission.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and service are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zaavle and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption arising from the website or service. Zaavle’s aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount paid for the affected Zaavle subscription during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limits. In those jurisdictions, these provisions apply only to the extent permitted, and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

12. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Zaavle and its service providers harmless from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your creator materials, promotions, unlawful use, infringement of another person’s rights, or material breach of these terms.

13. Termination

You may cancel future renewals through Lemon Squeezy’s customer portal. We may terminate or suspend service for material breach, unlawful use, security risk, nonpayment, or when required by law. Upon expiration or termination, your right to use the hosted Zaavle service ends. Your original YouTube videos remain on your channel.

Provisions that by their nature should survive—including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute provisions—continue after termination.

14. General terms

These terms, the order shown at checkout, the Privacy Policy, and any written service-specific terms form the agreement for Zaavle. Lemon Squeezy’s Buyer Terms separately govern the transaction with Lemon Squeezy. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign the agreement without written consent; Zaavle may assign it as part of a merger, reorganization, financing, or transfer of the service.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws governing the Zaavle supplier identified in your order materials, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, while preserving any mandatory rights available to consumers. Disputes with Lemon Squeezy are governed separately by Lemon Squeezy’s Buyer Terms.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future use of the website or service. The current version and its “Last updated” date will appear here. Material changes will apply prospectively, with notice when required by law. Continuing to use the service after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
